Carrot is a world-famous fruit, vegetable, herbal (no need to mention). According to most sources Carrot originated in Afghanistan about 1000 years ago. The Carrot is one of the most important root vegetables grown in temperate regions around the globe. The most popular one among them is Orange rooted Carrot.
Carrots are popular in many cuisines. Carrots are grown from seed and it takes up to four months to mature. They grow best in full sun light but no problem of some shade.
Carrots are crunchy, tasty and highly nutritious. Carrots are full of beta carotene, fiber, vitamin k1, potassium and anti-oxidants.
There are so many health benefits in eating Carrot. If you want to lose your weight you should definitely eat Carrot. Carrot contains very little fat and protein. Carrot can improve the eye sight. And also, carotene anti-oxidants of carrot have been linked to a reduced risk of cancer.



INGRIEDIENTS

  •        4 Carrots
  •        Oil 2 tablespoons
  •        Chili powder 2 teaspoons
  •        Sliced parsley 4 cups
  •        Salt 1 teaspoon
  •        Black pepper (as you wish)

DIRECTIONS
*Firstly, you should heat the oven until 200c. Oven should be kept in the same temperature(200c) during the whole process. (So, don’t think about turning it off)
*while oven is getting hot, cut the Carrots to round chips.
*Now add salt, black pepper, chili powder, parsley, into the carrot dish and mix them well.
*Then place this Carrot mixture inside the oven and let it be baked for 20-25 minutes.
*Now take it out from the oven and let it cool down for 5 minutes.
*Now enjoy the ROASTED CARROT.
